!! Note: New Session Rates will take effect January 1st, 2026 - $145 for the 60min, and $210 for the 90min. This small increase allows me to continue offering the highest quality of care, time, and presence in each session, while covering rising operational costs and ongoing professional development. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing the work we do together!!

Please note: We do not accept ICBC or WCB claims, and we do no offer direct billing to insurance providers.

Note: We do not offer full body relaxational massages. We only offer therapeutic focused therapy.

In Flow Therapy Polices:

• Only accepts cash or e-transfers and must be paid before sessions begins. Any late cancellations outside the 36 hour cancellation policy will be charged for the reserved appointment scheduled. If you arrive late your session will continue for the remainder of the scheduled time.

• Please arrive no more than 5minutes before your session begins to ensure privacy. The front door will be locked in-between sessions for privacy and safety.

• Due to the nature of fascial work, please do not arrive with any lotions or moisturizers on.

• The therapist is sensitive to scents so please reframe from wearing any aftershaves, colognes, perfumes and/or any strong scents.

• Please reschedule appointments for 2-3 weeks post any new medication changes or recent vaccines to ensure there is no contraindications or side affects. If you are sick or unwell please reschedule your appointment to ensure wellness for all patients.
